These specific competition terms and conditions should be read together with, and are in addition to, Mobixas B.V.: Competition General Terms & Conditions at: https://www.dial2win.com/terms.html (the "General Terms").
Together these specific competition terms and conditions and the General Terms shall be referred to as the "Terms". Where there is a conflict between these specific competition terms and conditions and the General Terms, these specific competition terms and conditions shall prevail.
"Win A Car" running from the Start Date to the End Date as set out below (the "Competition").

The websites shall be www.dial2win.com (the "Websites").
Entry to the Competition will open and close as follows:
Online and SMS Start Date: Monday 01 September 2025 at 00:01 am;
Online and SMS End Date: Monday 31st August 2026 at 11:59pm;
Email Start Date: Monday 01 September 2025 at 00:01 am
Email Entries Must Be Received By: Monday 31st August 2026 at 11:59pm;
Any entries received outside the relevant entry route dates (as stated above) will be invalid, but you may still be charged.
After the Start Date, the prize (the "Prize") will be announced on the Websites. The Prize will be what the entrants are trying to win. The prize contains a Volkswagen Golf, BMW X1 or Range Rover Evoque. Refer to item 9: Prize Details.
We reserve the right to announce the Prize at any time during the Competition. We may also advertise the Prize, on social media or via an SMS marketing message or via any other medium at our absolute discretion.
As part of the Competition, we may advertise multiple possible cars entrants could win but there is only one Prize available and all entries for the Competition will be pooled together. The contestant with the highest score at the closing date of the competition will receive the prize.
After the Competition has closed, one entrant from all the valid entries will be selected based on the scored points.
The winner will win the Prize on offer. The entrant selected will be contacted by the Dial2Win team to co-ordinate prize fulfilment.
Entrants are responsible for all costs associated with entering this Competition and entrants must have permission from the bill payer before entering. Mobixas B.V. is not responsible for any network or technical issues an entrant may experience, which may delay or prevent their participation.
Call entries must be received between the Online Start Date and the Online End Date.
Entrants can call the Dial2Win IVR line with the following entry costs:
Calls cost £2.60 per call plus £0.99 per minute plus your phone company's access charge. Over 18s only. Bill payer's permission required. A £15 call cost warning will be played, and the line will be cut off after £30 has been spent.

Participants may enter the competition without incurring any cost by using the free entry route outlined below.

Upon receipt of a complete and valid entry email, the Promoter will respond by sending a qualifying question to the participant. This question must be answered correctly to complete the entry.
Only one free entry per person per competition per day is permitted unless otherwise specified in the competition-specific terms.
Free entries must be submitted during the same promotional period as paid entries and must be received by the Promoter before the published competition closing date.
Incomplete, inaccurate, or late free entry emails will not be accepted. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
Free entries are treated in the same way as paid entries. They have an equal chance of winning and are included in the prize winner selection.
By submitting a free entry, participants agree to be bound by the general competition Terms and Conditions, as well as these Free Entry Route Terms.
Entries submitted using the free route must be made personally by the named individual and cannot be submitted on behalf of another person.
Any attempt to manipulate or circumvent the entry process may result in disqualification.
The Competition is only open to people aged 18 and over who: (i) live in the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands and Isle of Man), (ii) are not a Mobixas B.V. employee or their immediate family (including live-in partner) and (iii) are not an employee of any third-party sponsors or prize providers, or their immediate family (including live-in partner).
Entrants must have a valid UK mobile number, UK bank account in their own name, valid email address and UK postal address in their own name.
All entrants must enter on their own behalf and may not enter on behalf of anyone else. If we later become aware that the person who played the Competition was not the entrant themselves, we will disqualify this entrant and no prize will be payable to any persons involved.
Entrants who are selected based on the settled score (The highest score amongst participants) will be contacted by the phone number provided with their entry.
The name, hometown, photo and any video or audio recording of the winner may also be posted on the Websites and/or social media platforms and associated Mobixas B.V. publications.
By entering the Competition, the entrant is automatically consenting to being contacted and having their name and location on the Websites and/or social media platforms.
There will be one winner of the Competition and only one Prize is available. All entrants from each of the 'sub-competitions' will be pooled together and entered into one overall prize selection and the selected winner will be able to choose a prize from the following options:

Cash Alternatives:
The cars advertised in the Competition are indicative and do not reflect the exact car the winner will win, but do reflect the model of the car they will win. The cars will be 'nearly new' or 'new'. In this context, the cars will be 2024 plate or newer.
If the cash alternative option is chosen, it will be delivered to a winner paid in cash, by bank transfer or by cheque within 28 days of the winner passing our compliance checks.
Delivery or payment of the Prize is subject to the winner providing personal identification and/or proof of address and passing our internal compliance checks within 14 days of being contacted.
If we are unable to contact a winner to award the Prize within 14 days of the draw date, or if the winner is unable to provide us with personal identification and/or proof of address within 14 days of being contacted, the winner forfeits entirely their right to the Prize, and we reserve the right to award this to an alternative winner where possible.
The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. Payment of any cash elements may take up to 28 days from the point at which the Promoter receives the correct details.
The car elements of the Prize are subject to availability.
The car elements of the Prize do not include insurance, MOT or tax or any customisations or upgrades.
We will arrange for delivery of the car elements of the Prize. Mobixas B.V. is not liable if you are unable to accept delivery at the agreed time, Any additional delivery and third party storage costs due to failure to accept the car element of the Prize at the agreed time are your responsibility.
We will work with the winner in good faith to arrange delivery of the car element of the Prize promptly and in good faith but we cannot be held liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
Where, it emerges after the Prize has been awarded that the entrant was in breach of the Terms, we reserve the right to withdraw the Prize from that winner and they will not be entitled to any further reward or remuneration. We reserve the right to exclude individuals who breach the Terms from entering our competitions.
By entering the Competition by call, entrants are automatically consenting to receiving marketing communications from the Promoter via SMS text message. Entrants can opt out of this at any time by texting: STOP to the shortcode. This will be charged at 1 standard network rate message. Entrants' personal data will (regardless of whether they opt-out) always be used to process their entry. We will only accept entries that comply with the Terms, and we may disqualify the entrant if we know or suspect that they have breached them. If the disqualification occurs after a winner has been announced, one further entrant from all the valid entries will be selected by automated random draw and awarded the Prize.
All our decisions relating to the Competition and/or awarding of prizes are final. No discussions or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into about the operation of this Competition. We have the right to cancel, amend, terminate, or suspend this Competition if forced to do so due to circumstances outside our control.
We reserve the right to amend the Terms.
